Got this email from him on Friday. Not holding out hope for my $9.60.

I'm so sorry... I made some mistake in the payment system and all the payments shifted by one person, so a bunch of people got overpaid, and many underpaid.
Trying to get this fixed but its a big mess, please bear with me (and in the middle of moving house over the weekend) :/
In the end I may have to go through and apply the differences manually, so it might take a day or two depending.

I caught the Survey Comet for the final week. Guessing that's going to be my main PE today if it remains this slow.

Testable site is also annoying in that they only want to pay through revolut card - not even available in the USA.

So when getting through verification is useless until the payout is possible
