At the beginning he was paid by cities who are looking for offenders running airb&bs that need to pay license fees and are operating out of regulation. I assume that is still the bulk of his client base.

I think if one is good at them, the qual is probably good to have. But I think the guy is very particular so if you're not good you'll lose it quick.

I don't have the qual, I couldn't be bothered to finish round 2 >.>
