ahh yeah. i just got back from a 2.5 mile walk and in that walk managed to complete my first 1/4 run in nearly 5 months after the piriformis muscle issue I had back in april and the jammed knee that happened in june. i'm extremely happy and well ahead of my self-imposed schedule. i see 3-4 miles in the not so distant future! now, what did i miss?
