after you're done putting in your info, and you're ready to click the submit button, use the broken/submit instead

however, I have a feeling that this is one of those requesters that will reject everyone and say their experiment was a momentary failure
maybe I'm just being negative today, but that's the reason for 17 of my 23 rejections
