I'm looking to start investing but have absolutely no experience. I'm willing to put in the time to learn but I would definitely appreciate it if anyone would be willing to share resources that could help me get started. I'm going through the investing thread too but anything will be helpful. Thanks guys.

I haven't met one of that breed yet, but I'd adopt one if I get to the spot in my life that I can have my own place and a dog, provided there's one in the shelter. Or I'll just see if any of the dogs click with me. I'd get two dogs, they need friends. but that's just a day dream right now.

I'm not saying having two dogs isn't wonderful, but I grew up with minimum 2-4 dogs. Having just one dog changed my life. We are our pack. Maybe I'm just crazy, but I love that it's Rev and I (the cats don't really interfere with that.)

Yeah, I had that happen a while ago. I was able to start doing them again the next day.

So it also showed that you was still qualled for them but your panda was purple? Im really confused, overwatch says true for qualified but the panda is purple, odd.

Stocks. I do have some money in crypto as well, so I might look into putting more time and effort into that later down the line.

Stupid basic advice (ie pretty much all I have in this area), but the major financial/investment firms -- Fidelity, T Rowe Price, Schwab, etc -- all have a bunch of resources like retirement calculators and guides to help you set an investment strategy. Whether you invest with one of those companies or not, it may be worth it to talk to a financial advisor who can offer pointers about allocation and whatnot. Also, motley fool has some pretty great resources.
