Hey @aveline idk if anyone else has mentioned this or if I'm just unlucky but if you hit "preview" and get the spinny wheel of death the forum bans you for what seems like 5 minutes? Maybe that's just me but it was consistent across all my PCs/browsers

My best application was for this Alegion batch where they where looking for map coordinates. Had AHK open the source code, find and extract the coordinates and all other necessary info, format the text, and fill in the answers. One hotkey press.

Of course, they never posted that batch again.

I've made a lot of really great scripts with it. I remember doing barcodes in the summer of 2015 with a PS3 controller instead of keyboard/mouse using an AHK script. Or those Giphy HITs where you had to tag all of the different Simpsons characters. i was making like $40+/hr off those with an AHK script that had a GUI with all of the different characters on it.

It's probably the one thing I miss most about working in Windows. Autokey is an okay replacement, but I'm really limited by my lack of python knowledge right now. Also, it's annoying having to make separate scripts for each individual keybind. AHK just seems so much more efficient.

I had something setup on there at one point that was applying temp IP bans to people making too many POST requests in a really short period. I kept accidentally IP banning myself though, so I thought I disabled it. >.>
