@Sondi or anyone else who knows - what is the cheapest grain that has the most calories and vitamins or minerals in the grain? tried googling a lot and can't find out. I'm trying to figure out if I make vegetable soup from scratch, and make it with a bean or grain, what is the cheapest healthy bean or grain? like should I add lentils or barley or kidney beans or rice?

Trujillo is a damn good bassist but Creeping Death will never be the same without Jason. I'd even go so far to say that Jason fit with Metallica better than Cliff did, but that would get me crucified

Cheapest are prolly "red" lentils (ie basic lentils), brown rice, dried black/red/long beans. Go to an Asian market for better deals on large quantities of brown rice.

You might also see how much something like Bob's Red Mill veggie soup or bean soup mixes cost on Amazon. The cost to buy those mixes in bulk may not be that much more than assembling them yourself, and they source very good grains.

It's not all bad over here with spanish football and senile Reks... we have neat filming of Transformers Bumblebee going on down the road from the house. They are doing something with choppers right now down by the waterfront and using Mare Island for some scenes. Pretty neat shit
