TOS do not hold up in court. Also it can't possibly be harder to win that battle in court then vs Disney... but it also isn't worth the effort.

I get the feeling it's probably not worth spending thousands in legal costs for a couple of hundred bucks that you've lost.

I heard about some people getting suspended then just told to make a fresh account by amazon. you lose all your quals though

I'm pretty sure Disney has better lawyers then Amazon.. even more so if mturk doesn't share legal teams with Amazon... at the very least. And that court was won and Disney had to pay all the legal fees lol.

I've heard the same thing for when amazon payments gets derped.. I wouldn't want to have to get all to way back up to 10k and get my quals again though it would really hurt me badly.

Yeah, it kinda depends on which rep you get. Some say to do that. Others say doing that will get you suspended for life since it's all under the same Social Security Number. Once again, Amazon reps all have different information and it conflicts with each other.

i heard that's how they're going to flush out the masters
