Yes, I have seen this before and it is rather annoying. This fix has worked in the past.
1) Take pen or pencil with your right hand
2) With moderate force, jam the pen or pencil into the monitor screen between the words "Requester" and "Information"
3) The LCD / LED screen should splinter in an outward direction 1 - 2 inches which in most cases sufficiently removes the wording box from your screen permanently.
