I'm not trying to be a perv, but do you weigh yourself the same way every day or do things change? (morning/night, before/after initial bathroom trip, any food, clothes/no clothes, jewelry, any accessories like a wallet, shoes, etc.)
It's so bad to weigh yourself every day. I hope no one is doing that. Spend like three days out of each week doing some sort of aerobic exercise, and just forget about the scale. It might be appropriate to weigh yourself once each month. Might be.
