@Sondi One preggo to another Flax and chia seeds in a fruit smoothie, take a magnesium supplement, and/or up your vitamin c for the day. Fiber can actually make things worse because pregnancy weirdness.
Now if I could find a way to calm down the vicious kicks and flailing mine likes to do when I am working, I would be golden hopefully only 6-7 weeks left though!

Sounds like a good lunch plan! Mango, flaxseeds, spinach, banana... I have 11 weeks left so it's not too bad (although the last weeks are the worst...)
