No, actually, that's not logical. There's not a requirement to read the top of the page here. Usually it's just something fun and social up there, so a lot of people probably pass right over it. I did scan the actual thread before asking my question, though, and didn't see anything. Out of 20,000+ HITS completed, I only have a few rejections. But thanks for assuming.
