Do you have any more that you'd like to add to these. I lately realized that obscure old movies are a lot better than the over-hyped junk we watch these days
A Bridge too Far, Jaws, Smokey and the Bandit, Roadhouse, Terminator, Time Bandits, Top Gun, Fargo, Shawshank Redemption, Godfather 1 & 2, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Thank you so much to everyone who sent me good thoughts yesterday. Don't want to derail the thread, but wanted to give a quick update. I just finally got home from the mammogram. It was super stressful and took 3 1/2 hours.

They did the initial mammo, had the radiologist look, called me back in for more images, had the radiologist look, called me back again for MORE freaking images (all while not telling me why or what they were looking at/for), had the radiologist look, and THEN sent me for an ultrasound after all that. After the ultrasound the radiologist came in and explained to me that she'd seen a nodule on the left side and wanted to get a lot of views of it and then look at it with ultrasound just to make sure it wasn't cancer or something serious. She said after all the tests it looks like normal tissue and she's not worried about it. I just have to go back in 6 months for a followup mammogram to check on it.

I'm so relieved, but it was literally the most stressful day ever. I have a major headache now. Off to take some Tylenol and de-stress. Thanks again, everyone.

These damn Giphys. Why do they suck so bad?
Right, so...they do...but the whole batch becomes really interesting when you set it to really bad-ass instrumental music.

Lets see how it goes off for me. Heard a lot of good things about that movie.
I absolutely hate the movie. The book is good though. I can't stand how fucking annoying some of Kubriks scenes are.

The last 6 are true classics imo. This reminds me that I can watch them over once again :) Thanks!

imo almost anything by Akira Kurosawa is awesome (as long as you don't mind reading subtitles). Seven Samurai, Hidden Fortress, Yojimbo/Sanjuro, and Ikiru are my favs. Most of his work was in the 40s/50s/60s.

And this isn't Kurosawa but The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly is probably my favorite movie & it's from the 1960s
