Is it Google? I believe there are extensions for Chrome and FireFox that can remove the Google redirects, so you get the real links.

It is hard to answer the question without more information. The answer would depend heavily on the type of links in question. If this is a hit it would be helpful for us to look at it ourselves, and then we could probably provide a better answer.The only options I have similiar to that when I right click is Save link as, and Copy link address
