09/17 - Sampling Saturday!

Most know I turk to: 1) pay down debt, and if I hit that goal then 2) the rest I make each month is gravy and I can spend it on extras (like our pool).

I'm also a licensed broker who does not sell property. I just refer to those who do (I get a tiny bit of their commission for referring). I am giving a referral this weekend and praying it sells! If I get $$ from it I can, finally, after 12 years of sleeping on an air mattress, afford to buy myself a REAL MATTRESS!

My kid's college education will be paid for with what I'm saving. I've paid off his braces. I think Mama deserves an actual mattress.

If it doesn't sell, then I'm saving up my gravy turk $$ for a mattress.

Yes, don't think of it as an all-nighter. In fact the opposite, tell yourself, " Okay I gotta go to sleep pretty soon, I'll just browse Reddit or watch one more Youtube video and then that's it, I have to get up early and be responsible".

Before you know, you've stayed up all night.
