Yes you have to use the country code (something like +1 or whatever it is) and you also have to verify email address.

I run the project through a minifier because it uses a few large external libraries (react, blueprintjs, polaris). The project is open source, though. You can read all of it here https://github.com/Anveio/mturk-engine (all of the interesting stuff is in the src folder)

You can generate your own builds by cloning it and running `npm build`.
