Best option is person not in the video at all (then just submit blank), second best being the person always in the video (just mark the start and endpoints). Anything other than that, ha ha good luck. Anything like a tennis match I'd toss because they'll jump in and out of frame.

Logitech has some decent ones. I Like the way my thumb rests.
I kind of wanted a penclic mouse for a while IDK I still think they are cool.
