Any of you guys have any advice on how to maintain good blood flow to your legs while working. I know working sedentary job is the worst but I saw some of those under the desk bicycles and they look interesting.

They may or may not be for you, but I swear by compression socks. It's like your feet and legs are getting hugs all day long!

I also make a point to get up and walk around every hour. I set a timer and spend 5 minutes doing chores, then back to work.

I get up and walk around and do some calf raises about once every 2 hours and knock out about 25 pushups, I want to work my way back up to 66 pushups. I'd like to either get a standing desk or get one of those little bicycle things for under the desk though. Thanks for your post boss.
