Is there a way to get the Alegion quals? Should I send them a polite e-mail? Do they just randomly drop? I looked and I have never done a single thing for them; does this cut me out? confusion

I don't know if there's a surefire way to get the qual, but I'd probably refrain from reeeeeeeeeeeing at them.
