Have a message saying my account is under review when I try to accept any HIT. Anyone else been through this? Anything I can do?

I am having serious sad panda moments, any ideas on good healthy coping mechanisms without going to a hospital (all they do around here is treat and street).
distract yourself with something fun (whatever you like doing), make a list of all the things you're grateful for in life (even small things like a good cup of coffee), pamper yourself somehow (buy something you've been wanting for a while, take a long bath), try to come up with a concrete action plan for solving whatever situation you're in. also here's a national suicide prevention chat so you can talk to a professional if you don't like talking on the phone.
This ^
Distractions are good. Do a hobby, play a video game, go for a run. If you can go to a shelter and see if they will let you take a dog for a walk or play with a kitten. Animals are great in times of sadness. Also self help books, some have activities that help you cope. Meditation if you can, deep breathing. Just know that you aren't alone! We all have moments like this! You can get through this

I know this was a few pages ago, but I just got here hehe. Anyhow, I listen to upbeat music when I'm down, or play a game and take out my anger/frustrations there. :) Hope it helps! Also, what others have said...overload of cuteness or meditation helps too :)

I just can't believe they are bringing her back after that.
i think it mainly has to do with her movie thing coming out in the future

who knows though

honestly - i wouldn't want any part of her back in WWE. i don't think she cares at all

I am having serious sad panda moments, any ideas on good healthy coping mechanisms without going to a hospital (all they do around here is treat and street).
I find that having a list or reference of items I like to do (done in better moments) is useful for when the sadness starts. I look at the list and try to pick something that I'll have enough spoons to do. I love cooking, so throwing myself into a crazy, complex Jamaican old school recipe(that takes up my mind) is usually a go to. Or coloring. The list is helpful because then I dont have to actually think about what I'd like to do (which usually results in me doing nothing and getting more depressed).
Also, St. John's Wort is a natural mood enhancer, pill or tea form or if you can get the actual plant (keeping it alive would be good for depression). It helps a lot. I have used it and a woman I knew who had serious anger/emotional/mood issues used to take it and it was a noticeable difference in her mood to the point where literally everyone was asking her if she got some good loving or something. Of course its not something that works today. You want to have been taking/drinking it once a day for an overall impact.

Morning y'all
