If I'm to be honest... the vast majority of turkers on the forum reading this conversation would be just fine with a chrome book. Because they wouldn't even use that to its fullest capabilities. But there ARE some out there who do have the motivation to expand their skillsets and don't make excuses to themselves about it. The advice that I give is generally aimed at them to help them make better choices out of the gate. If there's one thing I've learned from participating in these forums for the past ~4 years... it's that there are a lot of angry turkers who want to make more money, but don't want to do the things that are actually required to fulfill that desire. I'm typically not talking to them.I have linux installed on mine, the only limits so far is inquisit (though i use vnc if home to do it through pc...i hate sitting at a desk, (finally found I had actual health reasons for this)), and stickys. I can't use my crappy ahk scripts but there is an autokey app for linux I'll someday learn, anyway thought I'd throw in my 2 cents....am saving up for super-laptop for someday, as i do agree it's preferable if possible. For the $150 I spent, I was thinking it would be less slow than using a laptop at this price. Oh...and what the heck is that service,i forgot the name, freedom or something? Basically it's a windows interface on your chromebook through a paid service, like $15 a month. For 'super' portability reasons this would be nice i suppose, esp if it got rid of the few limitations I mentioned running into.
I would like to talk about the Jonathan Grenier rejection.Did we already talk about the Jonathan Grenier bonus?
We get it, you have closed quals and are working even though you said you weren't.Wondered why HIT finder hadn't went off in a while. Closed it when 6s posted forever ago. :|

I posted the Vanderbilt a long time agoTo think you were one of the chosen ones "Hit Poster." Strike one, grabs some other member's expired Vanderbilt Hit and doesn't post to forum first. Strike two, states batch is personal batch, when in fact their are no Hits left. I wonder what strike three will be.
No. Turkmaster doesn't look at the hit at all. It only concerns itself with the url.Is there anyway to automatically input the name of the hit into turkmaster when I press the "Watch this hit?" button?
