We have an app on our phones that alerts us when transactions are made on our accounts. One Sunday afternoon we were watching televison and an alert came through. We had two transactions that were $900 each show up on our phones. So we called immediately and they didn't show anything on their end and said we would need to go by the bank on the next business day. Anyways come to find out our bank put an automatic stop on the transactions. So that was a relief

But a charge for $60 something did go through. It was all confusing anyways I ended up with a new card and we had to file reports. Just a headache
