Usually a "sub" game (like $5/mo) gets you on voice comms w/ the streamer who has their web cam enabled so you can see them on stream.

I briefly (okay, a year), worked for a live cam girl site about 12 years ago... as a seller for memberships. It was pretty sophisticated for those times. There was a way to do most anything to appear to be someone else, including "live" feeds and convo's. I stopped because I felt I was losing my soul, lol.
