Does the URL that you use for a barcode actually have to have the UPC/EAN/JAN/ISBN listed?

has anyone emailed rekog because they keep posting more hits. the batch is getting huge. I don't see why they would be posting them if they knew people couldn't do them.

I emailed and reported them as being broken. Honestly not sure which move was probably more irrelevant

thanks for doing that. maybe they haven't checked their email account they use for mturk. I don't see a way they are benefiting from posting broken hits at all. I guess we have to wait for them to figure it out.

Hopefully! I've been anxiously waiting for them to get fixed!

I would only do that if you're sure it's the right page. A matching search result could mean that the page had a link to another product that matched, when Google last crawled it.

E.g., search 694202256435 get https://www.shopsavvy.com/products/840432000649-wire-ball-string-light-10ct as a result, but (as you can see in the url) that's the wrong product.

Although for that website you can just overwrite the url to get to the right page, if it exists (in this case that would be https://www.shopsavvy.com/products/694202256435 , but it's blank).

On the other hand, there's Dick's which has the UPC hidden in the source code: E.g., search 889751537948 get
https://www.dickssportinggoods.com/...ef-17ptemptxcpwth2pkspm/17ptemptxcpwth2pkspm?

Doesn't it need to be reloaded when you get logged out?
