I actually returned that HIT before I got to the writing part. If they are not going to pay well I'm not writing. It's as simple as that.

Also, I'm not going to write about anything negative about myself, "tell us about a time you were humiliated, and very detailed about it". That's just disrespectful.

One time I accepted a hit for 50 cents and then they asked me to write stuff. It was 30 seconds ago. I am humiliated at the thought of how far I have fallen in life. I have sold myself for 50 cent and I didn't even get a reach around.

I wrote a timer and wage calculator that's compatible with multi-tab Turking.


It keeps track of the time remaining on the HIT, but only counts the time you actually spend on the HIT tab against your wage for that HIT.

Also includes the requester name in the tab, since somebody requested that.

And it also knows whether you've accepted the HIT or not and adds that information to the title bar.
