Do you put in your meals beforehand? I find myself putting in my meals at the beginning of the week or at the latest the day beforehand with the exception of meals out, so that way I know what I'm going to eat throughout the day and so that I have to be accountable for any last minute changes I make.

this sounds like a great idea. some people mentioned this when I asked how to eat healthy. I've incorporated this into my #turkfit plan.

Some days are eat half the pizza kind of days and that's not a bad thing.

I'm still pretty hungry too but I saved the rest for the mister. It's actually the first time I've had delivery pizza in almost three years so not that bad I guess.

As good as I expected. I never hear much about pizza out here so I wasn't expecting anything amazing. It was good, not great. I have a very pregnant appetite tonight though so it was satisfying.

This is the first time I've ever heard of those. I'm not sure if ithey are available here. Are they more sweet or tart?

I went to the grocery store today but it was an in and out deal. I should have looked to see if they were out.

Here I am waiting for winter, I live a couple hours north of red ruby grapefruit orchards and it's my favorite fruit.
