wow! I've only heard about winter weather threats in Idaho or Montana. I'm surprised it's already coming to the Silver State.

Hopefully going to be wet next week here - the drought monitor is starting to look ugly with not much rain this summer after a great last winter brought most of the state out of drought conditions.

Though this was different, and not bad to do (at first), it took longer than 10-15 minutes. Probably closer to 25 for me.

I don't hate everything, but I do think sites like Twitter and Facebook are awful.

I like Twitter because it's the most informative for the things I like, especially STEM stuff, hobby stuff and sports. Easy to find an up to the minute high school football score this time of year and with Science Balloon season in full swing, organizations responsible for the science payloads or even some of the principal investigators tweet when their mission is coming up, photos of their payload taken during prelaunch processing and even when the launch is expected, making it easy to give me a heads up for when to look for the scientific balloons floating by in the sky.
