They called you? You can spoof caller ID's fyi. Sounds suspicious to me.

This has scam written all over it. Please don't pay them or give them control over your computer.

im a little bit lost on what this means. What are they telling you that you need to do?

Careful. I'd try and call a known HP customer service number and see if they,in fact, can see all of this info.

Also, run a good scanner and see what is hiding on your computer. Malwarebytes is pretty good.
