Happens when you submit too quick.
Try to spend an extra second or two.
It'll save time in the long run.

darnit i hoarded, wasn't fast enough bc of pres, most expired. got 6 done i think. have they been coming in random bursts like that for a bit?

I figured, but even when I wait 2-3 secs it still does it. So annoying
