Only MTurk would switch it in one place to make it extra confusing. In the qual tab:

Top - Do not have
Bottom - Have

Had it panda's all morning on 1 sec timer and still didn't grab it

I seriously thought it had to be a different HIT group cause I saw it flash by on my $5.00+ watcher yet somehow my panda didn't catch it

Mine took just under an hour (I remember doing it on my lunch) but I figured out the game pretty fast.

$12 for an hour seemed fair to me as turkwages go! It really wasn't that bad of a hit. I enjoyed the game.
