For an entire day? Including liquid calories and candy? That's not healthy, at any height I'm saying this as someone that's 5'3" that started my diet at 1000 and wised up and I'm slowly moving my way back up to 1200 (currently at 1100/day right now). You need a certain number of nutrients a day and it's very hard to reach that amount at those numbers.Usually about 200-800 On average
