I'm a fan. Or I was. I still adore his earlier work. Not (yet) reading that book...but what kind of King is it? Carrie type or Lisey's Story type?

If closer to Carrie/Christine/Pet Sematary/Salem's Lot, I might try and read it Lisey's Story I had to put down about half way through.

I'm listening to the audiobook. I really like the narrator. I'm 2 hours in and it's about 25 hours long. I like it so far.

Alas, no, have yet to read Sleeping Beauties. Just watched Gerald's Game (written by Stephen King), as it recently became available on Netflix. It was... good enough.

Remember reading, "Claiming of Sleeping Beauty" by A.N. Roquelaure (pen name of Anne Rice). A few years ago... I remember it being somewhat intriguing, yet not enough to go back and read again. She used another pen name, due to nature of the writing.. BDSM, roleplay, Mistress slave and the like.

Any good books being read out there? Miss the Lisbeth Salander series "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo"...

We have a dead-ish book thread somewhere in the social section... I'm reading The School for Good & Evil series right now because my brain can't handle anything serious at the moment

I haven't read much Stephen King, but Sleeping Beauties looks interesting!
