Got an auto restore point on your computer? That may work. OOO ooo oh, just a thought, when was the last time windows updated itself? It usually creates a restore point when it does a "Windows Update."

So got a wonderful question. I use Turk Master and use it mainly for the thing where I can track what hits i did. You know for did i already take that months ago purposes. So my wife decided to clear the browser cookies and cache. I backed it up apparently June of 2016. Anyway to get back all that lost data?

The best I can come up with is seeing if you backed your browser's data up at some point. Like if you have normal regular computer backups you might be able to go back to the last one and extract it from an old browser profile. Otherwise you might just have to just move on.
