All joking aside... use a richer bread... one with a tight even crumb. They tend to hold together better, have a thinner crust, and will soak up the mixture more evenly. Use a thicker slice than a sandwich bread. And it needs to be stale... so let the slices dry out over night before making it.

yeh that's my next move if the restore doesn't work...be a pain to reinstall everything but at least get greasemonkey to work maybe....can't believe they would push an update that destroys every single extension with no warning....horrible
