It has some good things about it and some things that bug me. I haven't switched over to using it, and probably won't until we're forced to.

I hate comcast they are butt heads

It's bad enough that every so often there is a X1 upgrade offer popup on my TV. They must really be pushing those.

i dont think that's comcast specific. century link pushes their stuff on commercials from time to time since i have century link internet and tv
