Good to know there might be an honest salesperson out there. This is a subaru, should be good, but apparently I got a lemon even for the mileage. I was in a tight spot when I bought it but honestly I am in an even tighter spot now. I've put in $2300 in repairs since May. Bought it for $6500 on a loan. Could only sell for MAYBE $4000 right now. Still have $5900 on the loan. I don't trust it, which is frustrating as I drive about 400 miles a week and like to regularly travel about 4 hours one way to visit. Just took to my ex-fiance's tonight for him to install a new driveshaft, as the u joint was going out and subarus don't have servicable u joints. Sigh.I find you can trust very few. That said, a lazy car salesman is an honest car salesman. It's not worth the effort to hide the flaws. I'll just chop a few hundred off and move on to the next issue. I tell people, "Look, I can fix that for like $1000. You could probably fix it over a beer for $500, and save $500. People always take cheap over functioning.
