30 days! Wow. Do you just water fast or do you allow yourself things like tea or coffee?

I still have a cup of green or white tea every day, occasionally a cup of red tea. It's important to take a good multivitamin during the longer fasts so your body still has all the minerals and such it needs to continue functioning well... beyond that I consume nothing. It sucks... it's REALLY hard to make it through a full month... but I always feel amazing afterward. I'm looking forward to cruising through the holiday season on the tailwind.
