I went over the instructions at least 5 times on different days before I started. when they say "between" they don't mean the text that appears physically between the 2 things. they mean the relationship between the 2 things. it doesn't matter where the text is. hopefully that helps I got stuck on that for awhile.

mine have approved within 10 min up to a few days iirc. been doing them every day for a few days. did get 1 rejection but that was out of a few hundred so far.
