Dunno what's going on but you should use PDFs if you're taking a document somewhere to do something.

(new disk, I have no viruses).

It was just one of those interactions that didn't work out. He was really rude (probably didn't mean to be.......) and I'm still really angry.

A corrupted file isn't necessarily associated with viruses, it's a technical term. Sounds like a communication issue.
