Well damn it. The motto of 'scared money don't make money' strikes again.

I got paranoid on that GlaxoSmithKline-SLL batch so quit after a dozen or so and wrote the requester to check on what exactly they didn't want left blank, given there were two blanks in the form. They just got back to me and said yes, that line in the instructions was only referring to the 'patient info' dropdown and not the comment box at the bottom. Siiiiiiiiiigh. Here's hoping they post another batch and don't lower the pay (haha like that'll happen).
