nope. lost everything, no insurance. That was April 2014 in Ohio. I then left with my few belongings and found a place to rent. Then said **** it later in August, packed up my car and drove west. Ended up in Nebraska and started over completely fresh.

No I completed all of their bonus studies last week....there were 4....so I haven't been able to do any this week.

Yeah, right now it doesn't say leave blank or put NA, it's just silent on filling out the field if the answer is something other than yes. I'll try a few.
