I have an OT question, though for me my crappy eating habits are affecting my earnings by quite a bit im pretty sure by making me feel more like crap than I need to be. I wondered if some of you health minded people could give me some easy to prepare, or no prep would be great, food ideas. Eating many snacks all day works for me,
my limitations:
I currently can't chew well, like raw veggies and thin things like lettuce are out (hopefully just for another month). No real other limitations re: types of foods,, except no overly processed crap, and not lactose intolerant, but seem to be sensitive to dairy. sandwiches are good, any health food store type items that are already prepared anyone is aware of would be great, meats I can chew are ok, I'm thinking canned salmon...I'm so hungry. lol I can't shop so hoping for things I can get with walmart shopping service or sending my husband in a health food store, but he has a hard time even knowing what fruits and veggies are by name...lol. I have a little refrigerator in my room, am there much of the time, stairs are hard unless I take prednisone which makes me like a blowfish. cant cook much besides microwave maybe sometimes. I thought some health issues would be resolved by now, but aren't and getting worse, so sitting around waiting until i can shop and cook like a real person isn't a great option anymore.
