crossing fingers. if i do get rejected, i will nicely enquire why not use quals from our profile data, put age reqs in the title, or have a screener at the front and let her know we usually don't see stuff beyond the name and title so putting the age in the description area is normally not a good idea to make sure only eligible workers do it.

I agree. I look for age requirements regularly, but sometimes it's not apparent, especially if it is just in detail description. I naturally assume when they have demographics that accept my age and let me continue with survey, that it is acceptable to them. I would expect to be screened out if it wasn't, and not waste my time or theirs.
