@Sondi my second was breech (football/sideways whatever they call that one) for AGES, I did inversions and everything, nothing would change. Then my midwives suggested "Ironing board inversions" and you lay your ironing board on the edge of your couch and the other end on the floor so it's sloped (if you HAVE a ramp of some kind in your house this would work too) and you lay on it upside down (feet in the air, on your back) for as long as you can stand (you can be in this type of inversion longer than others, just be careful getting up. The longer you lay that way the more time they have to turn. I laid that way and played "oh Cecilia" to my crotch (babies will turn head towards music they say) and my next appt she was head down and never turned from that spot again!

ugh I really hope so! She's always doing acrobatics in there My dr was already talking about me looking into cephalic version in case she doesn't go back to head down in the next month

Try yoga? I had a friend who used this to turn her breech babies.

Okay, so it's been a while since I did Zoltar's. Went through about twenty of them and got that weird refresh error thing. So I returned that HIT because I remember when I used to do them sometimes it was a single one that was bugged, but after two or three that didn't seem to fix it. So I cleared the cache for my browser and completely closed it. Turned off and restarted all my scripts, and nothing seems to be working...

oh my god what is wrong with me? I wake up every day around 6, 7 or maybe 8 at the latest, completely naturally. Today I woke up at 9. and I completely slept through the entire night without waking up, which also never happens. I do feel great, though, but now I missed the Zoltars

They don't really reject. They block if you do consistently bad work. I wouldn't worry too much about the ones you find confusing. Just try your best and all that.
