So somebody got scammy with a requester, my work auto approved but I received a hard block because of it. and I quote from the email "All of our results, including legitimate, are now unfavorable. To avoid and deter future bad results anybody who worked on the project is receiving a hard block we apologize for the inconvenience"

OCMP34 suffered a similar fate. The original woman behind the account left her job, and a new guy took over. He promised better pay as well as more consistent postings and the possibility of a tiered qual. And of course on the first day he posted, some idiot decided it would be a good idea to spam yourmom.com into his hits (and I'm fairly certain he went on a blocking spree) and no one has heard from him since. Boss probably cut the project or he posted work elsewhere.

No one really knows for sure but that seems to be the most common assumption.
