Did anybody else get an email about the LOS qualifications? It says it said I failed but they are removing the block? It's kind of confusing. It says :

Revoke Reason: Apologies from our side. We had something wrong on our end that notified wrongly failed you upon taking the qualification test for FESS Target 3. We have rectified the mistake. We are revoking the block qualification and qualification likewise and will redo this from scratch.

So does this mean they are doing the qualifications all over again? I got it for both the tests I took.

It sounds like they qual blocked you on accident and just removed that, not that they are removing everything.
