I just submitted with a message. I hope I didn't do anything wrong. I just got home, took some cold medicine, headed off to bed and saw that HIT and thought.....let's just do that ONE hit.

I guess I'll see........
I've done that a bunch of times and it's always worked out.
I hope you feel better!

it's thoughtful of you to look for my (now remaining) one poor little lost hit, but i'm sure it's currently being neglected in yet another person's queue (its 4th one today)
I'm letting it marinate in my queue so that it's tender and full of Ipsoft flavor by the time I decide to do it.

that $3 hit that kept rejecting yesterday, I complained and they reversed.
Which one? Transparency in online services or something like that?

I'll have to hit them up, I assumed it would be reversed with everyone else complaining but apparently not
I complained twice. They send me a generic email about why they rejected me. It had the laundry list of

"you did one of these things wrong"

and I was like no, i didn't - i gave adequate information for what was asked. And I told them they didn't realize rejections screw up our ability to do future work. And then they apologized and reversed it

Who would have thought that this movie would become real life anywhere near as fast as it has...

but *cough* this isn't the politics thread sorry
I'd take President Camacho over the current option any day. He acknowledged the problem, found the most intelligent person he could and asked them to fix it, gave his solution a trial run, then put it into wide scale use when it showed results. Granted, trying to kill him with monster trucks when results weren't immediate wasn't great, but...

i actually hate that co worker so his costume doesn't help. he's naturally creepy. That jumpsuit is his ACTUAL WORK UNIFORM he wears it even when it's 100* outside. it is issued to him but he doesn't *have* to wear it
Late reply I know - but,
When I worked on alarm systems in the 1980's the company gave me those to wear everyday. My car didn't have AC and I worked in attics a lot too, so in the summer when it was hot out I would wear nothing under it except my underwear. Like a onesie for adults! :)

Don't even mention it, harvest season has been a shitshow this year, specially in the Midwest. Rains and dropping temperatures means that soybeans aren't drying nearly enough to be harvested but if they're left on the field much longer, they're going to rot.

Oh I meant to say, I don't follow any of that farming stuff anymore it's super lame.
