I have been losing HITs lately because when I submit sometimes, it just doesn't register on the Mturk dashboard. In one case just yesterday, the requester couldn't even find my submission...and I know I submitted it. I have uninstalled everything...all of the scripts, hit scraper, even panda crazy.

Has anybody else had this problem? What's the solution?

In today's case, it was a 6$ HIT from Harvard. When I saw it hadn't registered, I was able to resubmit the completion code and VOILA! now I have two of these on the dashboard, where before there was nothing.
