They do but they don't care.
When I was blocked 2 weeks ago I sent a nice email explaining how everything works.

Never replied to emails.
Sent that mass message yesterday.

Sent another email after that trying to explain it to them......no reply as of yet.

Maybe contact someone at MTruk (I'm trying not to laugh as I type this) and they could send a message to the requester. While the requester doesn't take you seriously, maybe they would take a message from their hosting platform seriously.

Contacting Mturk would likely only do harm.......or more likely, nothing.

Just going to take a vacation and see how things play out.
