I know this has been answered, but I wanted to show you how you can determine for yourself next time. Click on the HIT name and it will show the list of requirement for the HIT (or you can click on the requester's name and it will bring up all the HITs they currently have posted).

First HIT there (is blue) and I meet both qualifications to work on that HIT. Second HIT (is grey) and I am missing one (or more) qualifications the requester has set to work on that HIT.

For the most part I understand the requirements. It's the underlining words, like PE, or short abriv, for words I don't understand yet. So When I saw his req, I was confused to what I missed. Granted it usually takes a whole pot of coffee to wake me up...
